1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship orders to:
- All states within Peninsular Malaysia
- Sabah & Sarawak
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped, along with tracking information.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

4. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and destination.
- Free shipping may be available if purchase RM50 & above.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS containing a tracking number and link to track your package.
6. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item
- Keep all packaging and items for inspection
- We will assist in filing a claim with the courier and provide replacement or refund based on case review
